This policy explains which cookies and comparable storage technologies evvestil-dekorasyon.com uses. It reflects Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, § 25 TDDDG, the GDPR and the Turkish Data Protection Authority’s guidance on cookies.
1. What we use
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. This site additionally uses the browser’s localStorage for the same purpose. We do not use a third-party consent management service — the banner is part of this website and your choice never leaves your device except as the anonymous consent record described below.

No advertising, profiling or tracking cookies are used. No analytics tool is currently loaded either; if one is added in future it will run only with separate consent.
3. Legal basis
Strictly necessary storage is used without consent on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Everything else — including reCAPTCHA — requires your prior, active consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Nothing is pre-selected in the banner, and refusing is exactly as easy as accepting.
4. About Google reCAPTCHA
reCAPTCHA v3 protects the contact form from automated submissions. If you consent, your browser connects to Google servers, and your IP address together with interaction data is processed by Google LLC in the USA. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you decline, the form still works — only server-side checks (a hidden field, a timing check and a rate limit) are applied instead.
5. Managing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: . Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and takes effect immediately; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Your choice automatically expires after 12 months, after which we ask again. Changes to the categories or to these texts also trigger a fresh request.
